Johanna Rincon is a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and self-motivated woman who works hard each day, to  grow, develop, and add value to others.

Her passion is to equip, inspire, and empower youth to be the best version of themselves and to live life to the fullest. Johanna accomplishes this through personal growth and leadership development; including developing effective communication skills and building resilience through trainings, coaching and mentoring sessions.

Her philosophy is that when values, thoughts, words, feelings and actions are in alignment, a person becomes focused, their character is strengthened and as leaders they lead themselves and others successfully.

She adds extensive value to teens and brings a different perspective in her practice, through sharing her personal experience and powerful story. Johanna came to the United States for the first time when she was 14 years old and did not speak a word of English. Despite all of the roadblocks and difficult circumstances, she managed to create a life of significance and fulfillment. She credits having mentors during her teenage years speaking into her life was foundational in her journey as well as with her accomplishments as an adult, which is why she has a passion to mentor and reach as many teens as she can.  

 She is certified and licensed as a Coach, Speaker & Trainer by the John Maxwell Team, as well as a Certified Human Behavior Consultant (DISC) and Maxwell Certified Parenting and Family Coach.
